What are the differences between a guy that can get immediate results and one that cannot pull it together after three seasons? Serious question, because one guy is so far off the mark, the other seems incredible.
The differences are the staffs they put together, the attention to details, and I don't mean the "process" either.
Attention to Football details. Good fundamentals both physical and mental. Coaching to get everything out of a player and sitting their asses on the bench when they take a play off. Sound disciplined, hard nosed, hard hitting football. Something that looks odd, outside of Indiana and Nashville.

Differences...

Our guy:
1.) Can't coach
2.) Can't hire coaches who can coach
3.) Thinks every play should stay behind the sticks and even better if behind line of scrimmage
4.) Has no fire. No sign of personality. Refuses to get in a players face when they fuch up, which would scare players into not making stupid mistakes.

Other coaches, middle schoolers and donkeys:
1.) Can coach better than our guy
2.) Knows to hire coaches smarter than him
3.) Aggressive. Desperate to win. Not afraid to take chances. Goes for it to win games.
4.) Has a passionate and infectious personality and attitude and players take on that personality. Shows fire.

Deepthroat: “Don’t be a hater. Haven’t you seen the amazing improvement?”

Some guys just get more that matters done I guess. Our HC does not think clearly, does not direct, and is quite soft. One team looks like a HC is in control, the other's HC doesn't really work.

I removed Kinffin’s name from my list. Wasn’t impressed at all by Ole Miss against OU.

OU is going to be a good defensive team under a former(probably future) DC. Besides, Lane was busy all week choosing between Oakmont and Old Millhopper Rd. No time for game planning.

Naaahh.....Billy would have gotten at least one False start, ran out the play clock and a fake Emory and Henry.
So a first and goal at the one half yard line would have translated into a missed 17 1/2 yard FG.
Billy's fuchstardedness knows no bounds, for sure.

I'm slightly offended by this
Wasn't referring to you my friend. Just a general statement and that animal seemed appropriate because even an ass can coach better than our "our team is so improved because our coach is the greatest bye week adjuster..."

I was kidding. You can't offend me. If you did land a nice body blow, I'd tip my e-mug of beer to you.

I have my annual donation drive next month. At this point, all I'm expecting is 15 bucks and carton of funny books.
