im much more a fan of saban's process. it enforces standards, rewards production, corrects issues, empowers performance and accountability, and maximizes results.

dckhead dan's system mostly does the opposite.

Good point about the process though. Because AR has made such spectacular plays against inferior talent we haven't got to see him play enough in conventional(if you will) situations where we have to work our way down the field(not everyone we play is going to give up 6 or 8 home run plays)...still the alternative seems to be watching Jones work his way most of the way down the field and then make a terrible throw/decision...
