Nope. Not if convenient for the employer, considered temporary and or property owned by employer. So if set up correctly some fringe benefits can be non-taxable to the employee.
Dude, don't try to lecture me on tax law. They aren't going to be able to give him a $1 mil for a home he lives in 48 weeks out of the their and structure it to be tax exempt.
