@cover2 If you've seen Mullen's press conference, any thoughts?
Oh please...go back and look at posts after Mac's 1st presser. Same crap.

And before the proverbial, but he changed for Chris Leak narrative gets thrown out (again) lets remember that Urban did that. Mullen just said ok, and did what he was told.
Davis is gone....
Florida: Sources tell FootballScoop, Dan Mullen has offered positions at Florida to Mississippi State assistants John Hevesy (offensive line), Billy Gonzales (receivers) and Todd Grantham (defensive coordinator). All threeare expected to go with Mullen.
Talk is cheap.@cover2 If you've seen Mullen's press conference, any thoughts?
This is not a very intelligent statement. Are you seriously so dense that you would take Shannon over Mullen?
Meyer showed a propensity to change things up based on personnel. Very true. Mullen has shown no such thing as the lead decision maker (head coach) in 9 years. So yes, we will.
Yes he does, but at least he wanted us. Good Lord, based on the past week, that has to count for something.
Like I said earlier, I am not wildly excited at this hire
Why not?
Not necessarily, Bama ran with two OL coaches. Hevesy was a TE coach at one point. With the extra assistant, Davis may stay if they view him as a recruiting asset.
You are a liar, an overrated douche, and a scumbag. Nobody hates FSUCKS more than I do.
For some of the same reasons cited by the "Negators" on here. But it is what it is. I am not hugely disappointed either.
I missed the first 5 minutes or so, but I thought he handled himself well and answered the questions pretty thoroughly and understandable. It's talk right now and we're waiting for the walk, but I feel some better afterward. As others have noted, I appreciate him telling the team to "rest up" in preparation for the off-season conditioning experience under his leadership. Makes me feel like he realizes our deficit in this area, though he said he hadn't watched much/any video on us. Guessing the piss poor job that was done in S/C has been emphasized from within and/or from SEC contemporaries that faced us. I know he has already lined up in-home visits with some of our commits and he alluded to the importance of this piece. He acknowledged the pressure to win is great among our fans and followers and seemed to embrace that aspect. He didn't dodge the questions about his "lateral move" comments and those of his wife. Emphasized that his wife was happy with the opportunity to return and if she wasn't, probably wouldn't have considered it (though 6 mil/year can help change perspectives, I'm quite sure!). This is what I remember that stuck out to me.@cover2 If you've seen Mullen's press conference, any thoughts?
