I watched his highlights and I watched the starter's highlights as well. The starter is a runner, a scrambler with a very so so arm. He will probably end up playing running back at TCU. Trask is a pure passer, but unlike Morningwig, has a great arm and accurate. We'll see. It's pretty evident these guys aren't very interested in "stars."
Yeah, I watched them too before I got past the first page of this thread and into all the...

I get what Ox said about this being emblematic of the issues here. I also get that it's a shame that we're paying one fired coach and one coach we're hopeful about - but who is still unproven - what we could pay to have a proven, premier coach.
However, to bring it back to the specific issue at hand, here are the Hudl videos for their junior season. The D'eriq King kid is quick, shifty and throws like Treon - better than me, but it looks more like a shot-put than a QB. Kyle Trask looks like a QB. What works on one level doesn't always work at the next. Ask Cleveland about Johnny Douchbag. I'm hopeful that our coaches know more than our message board fans, some of whom seem more concerned with how this looks than his actual potential.
