Gators wrap up the 2 seed and face 7 seed Virginia in the quarters tomorrow. If they get past the Cavs in the morning, there's a possible semifinal matchup against the Noles in the afternoon.

Also, with advancing to the semifinals, the Gators have qualified for the East Lake Cup in the fall, played at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta.

The East Lake Cup is a collegiate competition featuring top-performing teams from the NCAA Men’s and Women’s Golf Championships. The East Lake Cup takes place every fall and airs live on Golf Channel. Information on the 2023 event will be released in the early summer.

Modeled after the NCAA Golf Championships, the format for the East Lake Cup consists of an opening round of stroke play to crown an individual male and female champion and determine seeding for the following two days of match play competition.

Good grief…..GT player hits a shot that is going to fly off the back of the green but it hits the frigging flagstick and drops straight down. Terrible luck for the good guys. That match went from probably all square to 2down with 2 to play. Geez.

One of our golfers is in trouble in extra holes. But Biondi is up 1 on 18 to win the title. Castillo is tied on the 17th.
