I really don't think UF needs to add anything to make their schedule tougher. We're already in the top 5 typically every year for schedule difficulty. A lot can change in the next 10-11 years too.

What you say is true, but remember a school only controls the non conference games on the schedule. B/C the SEC slate is mandated by the league and is going to put most of the teams near the top in schedule strength, I only judge what teams do with their non conference games in regards to how they try and set it up. Other than us playing the every year, our OOC teams on the schedule are usually near the bottom. So I am all for scheduling real opponents OOC.

Hell yea. I'm a Texas legacy (from there originally and all 9 of my Dad's brothers and sisters graduated from UT, along with 2/3rds of my Texas-based relatives). Had an offer to head there too, but chose Florida.

Will definitely be taking of my uncle's skybox tickets in 2031. Can't. Wait.

Austin is a great town...it'll be hot, but no different from Gainesville in August/Sept.

Hogwash. I'm sure we could have fit one of these Home & Home games somewhere within the next 10 years.we could pay off the North Texas' their $1M and changed the schedule and still made more money in the end.

Plenty of openings, and pretty much every other school is the same, the only reason these are scheduled so far out is to use them for "excitement and recruiting" and then make them easy to cancel.

You know to schedule a team, it has to fit THEIR future schedule as well, right? Texas has Bama in '22 and '23, Michigan in '24 and '27, Ohio State in '25 and '26, and UGA in '28 and '29.
