It's a fair take. I really hope we hire a Football GM then. Stricklin should absolutely have zero input on the next hire.

It will be THE structure in the next 5 years or so.

UF can get ahead or, once again, fall behind.

Striklin (if they are going to keep him) needs to be AD for non-revenue sports.

We need to hire a GM for football. A GM position will insure consistent off-field operations AND a consistent product (brand) on the field. The GM should hire the next football coach.
