Totally what I was going to say. Fromm was the best freshman QB (and one of the better QBs) in all of college football last year. Surely he can't be upset about his playing time yet... its gotta be something else.

So Fromm and three walk-ons. Currently they have 3* John Plumlee (#15 DTQB) committed. Don't laugh, JJ is ranked #16. Expect UGA to sign a 2nd QB, but all the good Pro Style QBs are committed, so they'll be trying to flip. Hard to get a grad transfer, because Fromm is the clear incumbent. A regular transfer doesn't help you. Maybe JUCO, but another FR QB seems most likely. That will definitely affect game planning next year.

 

OSU has the #2 DTQB, and OU has the #1 DTQB 5*. FSU currently still has Howell who's highly ranked.

 

Not a chance he goes to fsu. He's already made one bad school decision. No chance he doubles down on stupid. He'll be looking for a program that has a need, a team with good talent, and a coaching staff that has a lot of success with QB development.

 

I would love to have a Jawja transfer whoop their a$$es for 3 straight years. I’m getting a football woody just thinking of it.

Fields more than likely would have been on the field at Penn State as well as being the starter for next season as McSorley is graduating. I guess Kirby Dumb sold him him on a possible scenario like Fromm and Jacob Eason.

 

How is it that everyone can see this stuff coming from miles away yet these kids and their parents can't? I was truly shocked that Fields signed with Georgia. It made no sense because they had two good young QBs already.

Don't understand the rationale. He is gonna have to sit out next year, and Fromm is probably gonna be gone after next season.

 

He isn't even a scheme fit for that offense. It never made any sense.

 

If he can inhale through his butt I’d think the Vols would make a run at him.

 

If you can't play for UGa, may as well play for the Vols.

 

He can go juco RS and be a RS Soph at UF in 2020.
