But if he sticks with Ole Piss through January, then we are even more fooked with no one recruiting but the fired Sunbelters. How does recruiting work if he sticks with Ole Piss?

Get a deal done, let him coach out the season and work from there. Are you really that silly as to think next season was going to be crucial to the process at UF? If we have to lose a few weeks and a few recruits, who freaking cares at this point?

Your head is buried in the trees. We haven't made a good hire since Meyer left Gainesville. The transition year is seldom if ever great for recruiting. We need to stay focused on the long term and getting the right guy.

Kiffin got the ole piss job bc of the impressive offense he put on the field at bammer. And he was encouraged to leave for it before the bowl bc he was splitting time between game prep and ole piss crootin and staff assembly. Saban wanted full focus so he thought it better to cut ties. If kiffy was all in until after the bowl he would have been on the sidelines calling the offense for the bowl.

Every recruit in the country who considered UF knows the current situation. Most expect a different HC. Some may not care and want to go to UF "for the education", others are just trolling like the stupid hat game they play when announcing. We are a shytshow with a severely tarnished brand.

It doesn't matter who we hire toward the end of this season the recruiting class isn't going to be top tier and the new guy will have to work the portal to field a respectable product in 25.
