Even before they suffered a few injuries to key players, this was not going to be a vintage Saban defense. In its current state, it is just a decent defense at best. Unfortunately for their opponents the Alabama offense can score bunches of points.

They're starting 4 true freshman - which is mind blowing considering the way they recruit. How is that even possible?
