Well, right now the chances of Billy returning are 90%. A win over Ole Miss would make it 100%.

If we can finally make it sink in that we're stuck with him for a while longer and have zero control over the situation then perhaps we can talk about making the most of it instead of just how much he sucks and we hate him. I'm desperate for some actual football conversation again.

I want to beat Ole Miss and a REALLY want to beat the Noles. The home field advantage is really what gives us a chance this week. Crowd should be rockin'.

Let's face it - Billy beating Kiffin after all this would downright hilarious.

Yeah it ****ing sucks this is where we are at.

We have to hope for the 0.01% chance this can "turn around"

But we have no choice, bulls cant force a change so it's freaking nuts. I enjoyed this 1 week ride so far. Recruiting, winning, it's nice. If we can do this the rest of the year it would be nice until the rollercoaster starts again next year

Not so much during a noon game but hopefully we find a way to pull it off. If we are stuck with Billy I at least want to win as many as possible. These next two would be nice.

Kiffys defense is likely the most underrated in all of cfb. They are top 5 in a lot of national defensive statistics, and not the random meaningless ones either, the real ones. If we win this it's because lagway is a stud and our defensive players basically told tater "we're running these formations and play calls and suck it if you don't like it bc that's how it is." The idea that the defensive group went in nicely and said we'd like to provide a little input :rolleyes3: Leaders went in and said, "the scheme sucks and we're not doing anymore. We're doing x,y, and z and if you don't like it, find some other players cuz we're transferring."

I have no insider info on this, but this is how it went down.

This year has marked the return of the noon barn burner. What a shame.

We're gonna win with great offense. We're gonna win with great defense. You better believe we're gonna kick ass on special teams . In fact
it wouldn't shock me if the gators didn't punt in this one. I'm thinking Smack will get several XP attempts and maybe 1-2 FG attempt. Crawshaw
will probably not be needed until we get a big lead.

O
We're gonna run right at 1 . We're gonna run left at 1. We're gonna run at 1 so damn much that SOB is gonna get buried at BHG. And we all know after watching 1 the last few years he's got a lot of quit in him. Our men make are gonna make him quit again.

2 goes for just north of 250 with 2 scores. Just another day at the office for this stud.
13 and 24 each get in the end zone and we should expect several big plays from 6 and 11 in the passing game .
500 yards of offense isn't out of the question.

D
6 played like his balls were on the chopping table last week. 11 tackles, 2 sacks, 2 pass deflections. One of them was key just before halftime and took points
off the board for the Bayou Bengals. Probably our best LB performance since Spikes left and we've had some good ones since (AA, JD,,Ventrell,Jenkins,Bostic)
Wouldn't shock me if he forced a fumble or two in this one.
7- This guy plays corner, safety, nickel..hell i'm pretty sure if the coaches asked him to line up at DT he wouldn't think twice. He's tough as hell and seems to like
contact. It's refreshing from watching guys like 8 from last years squad. We need more players like 7! I see an INT in his immediate future
5&8- Great pair of freshmen linebackers. Both made some big plays last game with 10 out and have shown the future LB corp is bright.

Last time these sons of bitches came to the swamp they had a top 5 team and left black and blue after we whipped them up and down the field.
Whether it's Laney or the whore loving Hughie calling the shots is irrelevant. We're gonna whip their OL and when we have the ball they won't have an answer for 2 & the ground game. They're gonna get dominated whether they like it or not.

@Gatorbait25, I appreciate the optimism, but I have to admit, I thought Jboss hacked your account.

Nice thread. You know, now that Layla Kiffin has been mentioned, after looking at her refusal to wear certain undergarments, choosing instead to buck societal norms, I wonder if in addition to being Reaves’ daughter she may be an heiress to the Oh Henry candy bar fortune.

You've commented in the past about that face she is making, but you might make the same expression if someone handed you that cup.

I believe we will surprise Ole Miss. Go Gators!

I have not watched but does Squid Billy sound any less incompetent during pressers after a win?
