There isn't a chance in hell that happens. Even Mullen isn't that dumb.
I think the point is moot, anyway. Franks is gone.

I was just doing my part on the #march2amillion

So SGG is not only calling for Trask's benching, but implied he should be spit on as well.

Just a question... But what the hell does a porn star, and Vanilla Ice have to do with advocating for violence or pacifism?.?.?. Other than maybe thinking that'd be impressive to other posters... Which in and of itself, is unimpressive.
Amy and Vanilla are both violent. Or at least used to be.

I think if Trask is still here, he starts. If Trask leaves, Franks might stay unless someone convinces him he has a decent shot at the NFL at this point. If Franks is still here, with no Trask in front of him, then Franks would probably start, but with a fairly short leash to put EJ in if Franks is underperforming. Once EJ gets a few full drives under his belt, he would likely beat out Franks for the remainder of the year. Obviously, if Franks and Trask are gone, EJ is the starter.

This is not what I want to happen, but based on Mullen's loyalty to his more senior players, it's what I think WOULD happen.

Message boards aren't social media. This is a platform for "old and white" guys, which is probably something a millennial would tell you.

Call it what you like. It’s online. It’s old guys often speaking very poorly about them. Of course they read it. They can’t help themselves.

I'm just telling you the truth, and I can show you the demographics of this board. The majority over well over 40 years old, with a few 30-somethings sprinkled in. And pretty much no women.

We only have a tiny handful of 20-something members on Gatorchatter. Those chaps are on Facebook or Reddit or Twitter or some dumbass platform like that.

Players ain't got time to sign up with an account and are probably told not to. They read as a visitor. Everybody knows that.

My demographics data includes all visitors, not just members.

Here is demographic data since the beginning of 2019. Only 5.9% of visitors are 18-24. They are on Fartbook.

On the flip side, 9.32% are 65+. :goon:

Ah, so your stats sheet is basically pulling their age from their FB account. That makes more sense then. People are so stupid to still be giving any personal data of any kind to FB. Hell, I feel half retarded for letting them even know my name, much less anything else. FB is the devil.

No, doesn't quite work like that. It's complicated, best not to wreck your tired brain.

I'm guessing because Trask is loyal, loves being a gator, and is smart enough to know that his draft stock would improve with another year under his belt, he will stay next year and be the starter. Mullen may prefer Jones's skillset, but he knows that he cannot bench the third most productive QB in the SEC.

I would love for Trask to stay, but I think the best thing for him and his career is to transfer somewhere else. He will always be a square peg in a round hole under Mullen. It's working well enough this year, but Mullen needs to make his offense a square hole next year to be most effective. I don't think he'll do that. Trask could be in an offense that better suits his skillset and won't pull him randomly during games just to make the guy behind him happy.

I'm very glad Trask is loyal. Otherwise, he'd be transferring to LSU or wherever Brady will be coaching to compete for a Heisman and championships.
