Why are all CAPs considered yelling?

I was watching movies in Closed Captions and it’s in all caps…Are they yelling?


And the scroll at the bottom of most news casts are in all caps…Are they yelling?


Should I get offended? People sure do on message boards.

Plus, I never stick to a recipe at home...they are just a guide line.

One of the nastiest things I tried was cinnamon on Turkey…it’s awesome on pork & ham but on poultry…Not so much.

Actually brother,

They don't call them fowl.. Fowl per the USDA are old chickens "Spent Hens" They are mostly used for canned soup and pulled/shredded chicken (like bbq and traditional Mexican dishes)

But I am just being an arse...I'll admit.
