By the time that the FDA let the drug companies test these new drugs in people, all of the patients who wanted them had already taken them and were resistant. We had to wait for newly diagnosed individuals before we could jump through the regulatory hoops.”
I would not say caused by. I'd like to see the ethicist provide the justification on this conflict. Too lazy to work through it.
