Why not hire our next coach from the NFL.

Young, Energetic, & future NFL head coaches.............

1. Kyle Shanahan. Browns OC.
2. Brian Schottenheimer. Former Gator, son of an NFL coach, current OC of Rams.
3. Greg Roman. 49ers OC.

Proven NFL Head coaches...........

1. Mike Shanahan. Former Gator coach, Super Bowl winner, etc.
2. Mike Mularkey. X-Gator TE, X-NFL coach, current TE coach for Titans, wanted the job before Muschamp.
3. Josh McDaniels. OC @ Patriots & former head coach for the Broncos.

Foley doesn't have to wait to the end of the year to speak to any NFL coaches.
 
Because the skills don't translate. College is about recruiting and teaching. Pro is about drafting and trading (with the GM) and strategizing.

    I think its cool now that black coaches like Tomlin can become retreads like the old days. Used to be they would hire an old coach over and over before a Tomlin got a chance..............Does Cignetti get some attention by the NFL. Anyone watching the Oklahoma game tonight
