Tim was a great motivator in person as a player. But even then, he was a little over the top.

He's doing good things in other areas. IMO, College coaching isn't in his future.

IMO, Tebow would be like hiring Prime only with decent morals. Great motivator, but severely lacking when it comes to the needed technical skills he would need to develop players.
