Once a Soldier understands WHY we must take this objective, he doesn't need to be told HOW to do it once bullets start flying, because that WILL change and the new way becomes obvious.

This reminded me of the 4-level Gator or some similar cliche phrase the team espoused for 1.5-2 years but disappeared this spring from Billy. Even one of his core tenets just washed away like the baton man.

All this whining about first posts. Meh. My posting has been like a NASCAR season. Started off with the best I’ve got and only downhill from there. @Gatormac2112 called it the best first post he’d ever seen. That was it and it’s been shyte since.
