Apologies if I missed it, but i couldn't find a Memorial Day thread.
I’ve lived over half my life in Arlington and Alexandria; I don’t think I ever saw any deer (dead or alive) let alone a buck. Great photo.Wife and I went to Arlington Cemetery today to pay respects....and ran into this guy. We often walk through the Cemetery and this is a first!

Fox are pretty common up there; we had one in our neighborhood in N. Arlington I used to see all the time. I'm not surprised the buck wasn't fazed by you and Mrs. BMF; it's not like anybody is allowed to hunt within quite a few miles of there! We used to go there after church (before the lockdowns) and walk through the cemetery (usually once or twice a month) and I've never seen a deer. We saw a fox haul ass right past us one time, which was hilarious....but not a deer. He wasn't too worried about us either. We walked within 25 yards of him and he just looked at us.

Ah, I see why. I'm assuming it got moved there? Not bashing anyone because there's a significant connection that's moved to the forefront. Still, it's probably best for folks to avoid the political comments in these threads. It's in the Political Forum.

Again, I get the frustration. I bite my tongue multiple times a day...
