I didn't see a lot of effort by our receivers to get separation on that fourth-down call. I'm also seeing a few guys on defense dogging it, esp Johnson.

Well Georgia decided to start playing again. The hope was fun while it lasted.
Fun while it lasted, but UGAy has quit playing sloppy and turning it over. We’re plus 3 in the turnover ratio, and still getting blown out.

What’s frustrating is Georgia isn’t that great of a team. Stetson Bennett is not a world beater. Neutralize their TEs’ and they struggle.

With better play calling & a better scheme, this is a winnable game for us with the roster we currently have.

He's a horrible play caller. I can't take it anymore.
That 2 receiver route on 3rd down near the endzone, with Henderson as the outlet all the way across the field helped UGA as Shorter went towards the corner. The thought process of not having a an outlet in a position where the outside corner has to honor him is supremely dumb. Had he thrown to Hendo the CB had more than ample time to rally up and shove him out of bounds.

Someone explain the logic behind that mini-Hail Mary from inside the 20.

AR was about to get sacked, it was 4th down, so he did the right thing trying to get lucky. But 8 games in here is what we know. AR is a terrible passer. Our Wr's and TE's are awful and the simplistic scheme we run, we are unable to get anything on the initial play progression out of the pistol. Our best chance is for AR to be in shotgun, buy time outside the pocket, and get passing yardage on scramble plays by the WR's. As an example, not a comparison, but Bama gets almost nothing in their passing game this year or last for that matter off their initial routes. They did when they had a great QB, a great Oline and great WR's. Now everything they get comes on Bryce Young buying time.

It was a nice little run in the 3rd quarter, but the reality is that Napier is not the guy. I like Napier. I wanted for him to be successful. But let’s be real. All the arguments about he needs time, he needs to get his guys… great coaches make an immediate impact. Look at Lincoln Riley at USC. They were mired in mediocrity since Carroll left and this year they’re top 10. Spurrier made an immediate impact. Even though Meyer’s first season record wasn’t great, you just knew that things were different. Napier has shown horrendous time management, lousy, conservative play calling, and an inability to make halftime adjustments. We’ve shown no improvement since the Utah win. All signs point to him being a decent coach, maybe even winning 9 or 10 games most years, but we‘ll never beat Georgia, never win the East, never win anything that matters. Basically our Mark Richt. So we’ll have 3-4 more years of the same crap we’ve had since 2011.

Y'all are incredible.
Napier will be here for quite some time. Get used to him.

UGA has average WR's at best, but they use great TE's to help the entire offense and you can see the purpose of the route schems, outside of the go routes. We have awful WR's and TE's, yet refuse to use our RB's as pass catching threats. I say it every week. But even Danielson mentioned that our RB's are never used, thus if the QB is not looking at them potentially why should any defender? We run a grade school offense, all 10 of the plays we have.

My bad. Lost track of which down.

I know it does not matter, but just for thought understanding what is the point of having an outlet receiver standing on the sideline at the LOS on 4th down and 17 with 15 seconds to play? The defense is not going to honor him so why waste a potential pass catcher in that situation. Again in the game results, it is irrelevant, In process, it is beyond comprehension.
