I feel good for Napier. No offense meant by my criticisms. I like the guy and want to believe. He just hasn't won me over. This will certainly help.

Man, did we look sharp early in the game. Rhythm and balance on display. Mertz is perfect for this offense.

Was funny to see, but he threw a punch, likely will be suspended next week. Fortunately we play Charlotte next week, so we can get as many of our suspended/ injured players back as possible. That was a big win for us, hopefully Billy and the boys can build off of this the rest of the year.

Are you referring to UT00thless? If so why would you kick a FG down 13 with little time left? That would take you from down by 2 scores to still down by two scores. Mathmatically that would have made zero sense at that point of the game.

Nice win, which was sorely needed. I thought about it all week and I think I said we'd win 21-14. So not too far off from that. I'd hoped we would have some early momentum to get the crowd into it, and that happened. Nice win but there is a lot of work to do, including teaching Sling Blade to NOT TAKE HIS FOOT OFF THE GAS IN THE SECOND HALF.
