The word you are looking for is plurality.
All I can say is that I'm disappointed that many people voted yes. It was totally unexpected. We're more like Swamp Gas than I thought.
Wasn't a guilt game, it was the truth. I was expecting the "No's" to outnumber the "Yes's" 5 to 1.Dont try the guilt game. I have seen enough of that to last a lifetime with the election. Vote for this $hit sandwich over this $hit sandwich because there is less rotten bread on this one.

Technically the majority voted no, or don't care, which amount to the same thing basically. The majority doesnt like puke mouth trolls.
I thought this was already covered? The majority doesnt like puke mouth trolls.
You're doubling down on your embarrassing stance?39 care enough to ban him, That's more then care enough to not.
Only 39 out of 108 people wanted him banned. So it would be fair to say that a minority wanted him banned, not a majority.Again, who cares?

If you can't tell the difference between that and something like screwing up subject verb agreement then I don't really know what to tell you.
For whatever little it's worth, 108 votes by far the most votes we've ever gotten on a poll, and it isn't close.
