Florida State has just offered 3-star QB Will Levis out of Xavier High School in Connecticut.

How could this be? FSU doesn't have any 3 stars on their roster.

They are judging on fluff articles rather than actual knowledge.
Look at those making the predictions. Seems like they are basing it more on how Fields did in the camp than actually knowing anything.
