Figures on Wickline....unfortunately my memory of him other than playing for the 0-10-1 Gators in 79-80 was him slugging my room mate in the mouth outside of a bar named Nickel's Alley over a girl we had nothing to do with...he was a lousy lineman who was a starter. That should give a clue how bad we were that year...

I feel like all of these “here’s what happened” tweets attempting to explain it all away are just more darts at a board to cover poor sources and limited actual knowledge.
