It may not be good enough to many of us, but the big question is it good enough for the administration?
Personally, I think we ride it out with Dan until the facilities are complete. Reevaluate at that time and if you feel you have a better prospect, you pull the trigger.

The players also get ribbons, so there's that.
I detest fan lecturing. Detest it.
I detest this thread.
This I agree with.Pumper shaming, however, is always welcomed and appreciated.
This I agree with.
Has there EVER been a Gator loss you didn't think was excusable? It's a serious question. You love ALL the coaches, never question a damn thing. You lectured us on Muschamp, wagged your finger at us about your beloved Butters, and guess what? We were right.
Before SOS made everyone an expert I can list quite a few uga games that made me sick. Almost depressed. But I guess your beefHas there EVER been a Gator loss you didn't think was excusable?
When you have a boatload of negators screaming about the horrible coaches we have why do you need my voice to affirm your thoughts? I know my stories of gator days gone by and my Mayberry meanderings create an Andy GRiffith persona and we all know HE HAD the answers but just ignore me. They make millions so we can talk shttt about them? I dont even consider the money. If they are my new coach Im their fan. When they aint my coach I will move on unless they won some hardware or brought us something to be proud of.Some of you guys act like lightning will strike you if you ever say anything negative about the program.
Yes, I would say he’s a top 10 coach. That doesn’t get championships though. Hopefully he can get to that top 5 with better staff management and recruiting. At the time of signing Mullen was the 6th highest paid coach in the Nation, currently he is the 10th. Now would you say he has shown enough to be the 10th best coach in the NCAA? Do you think he has maximized his talent and opportunity in the two years at UF?

I don't need your voice. In fact, I prefer not to get it.When you have a boatload of negators screaming about the horrible coaches we have why do you need my voice to affirm your thoughts?
Counterpoint: MacElwain was SEC Coach of the Year in 2015. I don’t put a lot of stock in awards. On the cusp of a second-straight 10-win season, Dan Mullen was named a semifinalist for the George Munger Collegiate Coach of the Year.
In his second season, Mullen has led the Gators to a 9-2 record with only a game left against Florida State this season. The Gators are heavily favored to beat the Seminoles, which would secure back-to-back 10-win seasons for Mullen in his first two years at Florida and a bowl game left to play.
Pumpers note: Only SOS and Urb have had 10 win seasons 2 yrs in a row.
A season with no championships is a failed season. I think even Mullen would agree. On the cusp of a second-straight 10-win season, Dan Mullen was named a semifinalist for the George Munger Collegiate Coach of the Year.
