I'm wondering how stars Mac has at this point?

Exactly - Taylor did well most of the year but was overwhelmed big time by the elite pass rushers of FSU and Bama. He is a true freshman and may become a great one but I think a 4 star ranking is more in order at this point.

He did exactly what I expect a 5 star lineman to do: solid playing time with flashes of greatness. Most linemen have no business playing their freshman year.

True but there are those few very rare ones that come in and aren't overwhelmed the whole game even by the elite pass rushers as true freshman. I think Bama and Ole Miss have had a couple of them in recent years.
