He's gotten much better but he misses a lot of holes. I think that may change with a real RB coach. I have no inside knowledge to base this on, but it seemed to me that both chump and this staff as well has directed our backs to trust the system and follow the plays without deviation which has led to a lot of running into the line and not changing direction to the open holes.

It could be that they don't have elite vision. Or a mix of the 2.

Yep vision/cutback ability etc. is the main issue and why he isn't elite at this point even with how he breaks tackles.
