How stupid do these guys go. Use stolen CC#s to transfer victim's money into their CC-account which points straight to them. Probably to pay a load of longstanding unpaid parking tickets, which comprise crimes.

I believe wire transfers fall under "mail fraud", a federal offense. A serious jail time conviction may be necessary to curtail this wrongful thinking?

Doubt it. Just like anger management probably won't help short term.

Watch the "Last chance U" It is sad what these coaches are dealing with. What is worse, NCAA is restricting even more time the coaches have with these kids.

If I were Mullen, I'd try to get Tebow to help with S&C and PAY HIM. I'd make him responsible for Off-Field Issues and off season training.
