#9 Georgia at #3 Florida Gymnastics

#3 Gators return home tonight after suffering the first loss of the season in front 15k at Alabama. Meet will be on SEC Network at 6:45pm. Look for strong all around performance from rising freshman Amelia Hundley. Alex McMurtry will score her first 10 of the season with her double yurchenko on the vault. Gators should get the win tonight with a score of 197.5 or better. As usual, we seem to bring out the best in our opponents so I expect Georgia to have their best score of the season, but still will not be enough.

Once again Gators prove their dominance over the pups. Scoring a 197.975, the second highest score in the nation this year behind Oklahoma. This included a perfect 10 from Alex McMurtry on bars and a 9.95 on beam (really should have been a 10 too). We also rested Kennedy Baker as she only competed on bars. We would have easily broken the 198 mark. Hit the road again next week to Arkansas. Time to start firming up the rotations for regionals with 4 more meets left. Here is Alex's 10.
