All week I have been eating women's food. Don't get me wrong, I like salads and fresh fruit, but enough is enough. Tonight I made my kind of stuff. Got the deep fryer out and rolled a pound of chicken livers a pound of white button mushrooms in seasoned flour and dropped those babies in the Crisco. Made a pot of wild rice and some chicken gravy to go on it and me and the dogs ate like the rednecks we are. The datil pepper relish is the perfect compliment for anything fried. Food of the gods for sure.
