My niece almost got into Harvard and barely got into UF. She was offered a full ride to FSU but declined.........................her boyfriend was going to UF as well. :wink: I'm proud she chose to be a Gator, but it had to be difficult to turn down a scholarship. She's smart, she'll pay back those loans quickly.

Well it takes more than a 4.0 to get in now. You need a pile of honors classes with A's as well. This has been true for a while and I bet it is only getting worse.

Well, she had all honors classes, a Varsity Cheerleader, volunteer hours galore and works a part time job... IDK... I was disappointed

If only she coulda hit the ball about 250 right down the middle or done back flips on a 4 inch wide beam about 4 feet off the ground.
