Who was the true freshman linebacker that produced the glowing reports in the preseason but appears to have disappeared? Seems that I recall players talking about how mature and ready to play he was but don't recall seeing any true freshmen making plays at linebacker/

Yes, i think he's the one that was creating lots of buzz in the preseason as I recall. I can't remember seeing him on the field during the season but he may be playing special teams. He was being hyped on the defense much like Calloway was mentioned on the offensive side.
