It doesn't have to be this way if the offense didn't quit on their QB. If Jeff perfect? No way, but neither is any QB. Jeff makes a lot of silly mistakes, and makes some real head scratching throws, but he isn't the one missing blocks and dropping balls. If everyone steps up their game to help Jeff, the offense can be much better than rank 100 even with below average passing.
