Jimbo made him run Jimbo's offense. Even made him memorize all the Jimbo terminology. He was interviewed today about it and essentially said his job was to pick the Jimbo play to run.

Said he's installing his own offense under Pittman which is very different from what aTm was doing.

And that is the problem with a playcalling HC being forced to hire an OC. They may hire one, but nothing changes.
