Are "pre-bowls" the next big thing?

Next year we open the season against Michigan in Dallas. Are we going to be inundated with what amounts to preseason bowl games in the years to come? If so, is it a good thing?

I hate these games...I'd be super pumped about Florida/Michigan if it were in the big house or the swamp. College games were meant for college campus

Pre-bowl games are better than current bowl games. At least these mean something and aren't just an exhibition
