Quit that shyt. You're a pipe dreaming sunshine pumper to be mouthing off with hopeful insights that things will be better. Reality says the assistants weren't smart enough to apply and/or afraid of the big seat. Those making the selection are either the same dimwits that hired your favorite AD many moons ago or are newer blood that have never had to face a selection like this and are bound to screw it up based on inexperience (especially without Fowley to tell them how to do it).

Word is they got Nintendo to put a giant Albert in the center of Florida Field and are awaiting the next AD to arrive via Pokemon Go (gotta catch Albert, and you get the job). Its how all the big jobs are filled these days.
