Think it would be fun to have a bold prediction thread that we can look back on in a year or two...I'll start.

1) Goolsby leads our team in receptions
2) LDR starts every game this year
3) Callaway goes over 1,200 yards
4) Moon, Joseph and Reese all play meaningful minutes and all become All-SEC performers in 2017/18
5) We only lose 2 games total
6) Fulwood catches 5+ passes
7) Trask is named the starter in 2017
8) Franks transfers
9) Worton has 5+ TDs
10) Thompson gets 1,000 yards and Cronk adds 600 yards

I think that #6 is a bit much like the rest. But the rest.......those are legit possibilities. The Trask thing could be a stretch too, but who knows. Kid may have it. And if he does.....Franks may bolt.

I'm in.

1. We beat TN, LSU, and GA.
2. Spurrier prevails on Mac to run a
play out of the Emory & Henry
formation at least once. (LSU?)
3. Pineiro nails a 50+-yarder.
(FSU?)
4. Not a single sack of our qb will
be due to the left side of the
O-line.
5. Mac wins SEC COY for the 2nd
year in a row.

If he starts every game this year he may be in the NFL next year.
Unless he wins the Heisman, I doubt he'll go pro after this year. He'll only have one year of starting experience under his belt, and he doesn't exactly have the physical tools the scouts are drooling over. The reason why I think he'll be successful here though is because he's a smart player that understands the game.

My bold prediction is that we repeat as east champs and will be in the top 5 of the sec in offense.

I'll add a few:

(1) Thompson turns into the top RB, becomes starter by the time the WLOCP rolls around, gets at least 800 on the ground.
(2) Eddy drills at least two FG from 60 or further, including one in Knoxville that rattles the tooth of every Vol fan.
(3) Del Rio becomes an effective game manager like Bammer QB's have done.
(4) Cece makes us forget about John Bullard in rather short order.
(5) Tabor or Callaway will **** the bed and be off the team before the season is over.

I like these besides #5. Can't see that happening

I would lose my ever lovin' mind if we showed Emory & Henry at least once.

I don't think we ever did anything out of that formation.

Most were sacks or hurried passes under intense pressure.

Joking? 0 chance he's an NFL qb with his arm. He's basically Brian Schottenheimer...and we don't have Wuerffel or Johnson
I agree he is not an NFL QB, but he isn't a Schottenheimer either, IMO.
