Schlabach and ESPN PC police putting their spin on it.. If the part about the texts is accurate, sounds like she tried to set him up, but it backfired..
He had a weed softie. I wonder if that's the first time that defense has been used?
You're gunna have to be more specificNot sure but it seemed to work....
You're not wrong. The best he could do was make a last minute scene and boycott to cast doubt on the outcome.https://florida.247sports.com/Bolt/...not-guilty-of-alleged-sexual-assault-46730505
Few more details here. The fact that Clune said they don't plan on suing makes it sound as if they didn't have a solid case. That's just speculation and maybe I'm wrong.
Discuss.
Moral of the story kids: Don't do Weed
He should've made her sign the love contractAnd get notarized consent prior to one night stands.
Say...I wonder if there is money to be made as an on-site party notary public. Niche market? Maybe a recruiting tool as well .

Now let's play some FOOTBALL!!
and folks, the man's name is CALLAWAY!!! not Call-O-way. Geezus Chistus.
So Good News, Bad News.
The sexual something charge isn't supported by evidence, so presumably any sanctions on Callaway due to that (and the need to have a safe campus) are void, immediately.
But he confessed on the record to using marijuana. Does that then require a 1/10 of the season's games as a penalty, or could his unnecessary (in retrospect) eviction from campus be counted as "time served" ?
