....let UF get the lead. Apparently any lead is enough and UF will quick trying to move the ball or score.

Have the 2nd quarter end. What do they do at halftime? Play horseshoes? This is the worst 2nd half-adjusting team...offensively and defensively...I have ever seen!

I won't start a new thread for this but,

A. UF out gained out gained aTm by over 100 yards.

B. The punting was pretty even.

C. UF has a place kicker who is as good as theirs.

Yet somehow aTm had 5 scoring drives to UF's 3?

Simple, this staff has a unique ability after a few first downs to call plays which go nowhere or backwards. If it's working, stop doing it. If the next play call is obvious, call that play.. If a player has a hot hand, substitute immediately. If a player is a threat, take him out. If we screw up and have 15 yards or more for a first down, run...then run again. If we need x yards for a first down, throw a pass x-2 yards.

It's not about the players. Grier would still be sucking a$$ if he were here.

Tyler Murphy left and had a decent stint at Boston College.
Jeff Driskel left and had a pretty good season for La Tech.
Jacoby Brissett left and now he's a serviceable NFL starting quarterback.
Will Grier left and may now be one of the Heisman front runners.

Notice a theme there?
Leave this hell hole and you can actually be a decent player.
I assume the same will happen to Franks once we run him off.
We don't suck because of a lack of talent. But I'll let you draw your own conclusions as to whom is the problem.

Nah Grier was a coache's son. He could have been better then decent in spite of these morons. I don't really know what went on behind the scenes with Grier's father, but I'm beginning to wonder if the friction between his father and Mac wasn't because dad could tell what an incompetent Idiot Mac was.

Seems plausible. Whatever the reasoning, clearly they made the right decision.
