At this point, I'll take Hurts, Bryant, or any other dual-threat QB with a pulse that wants to come here.
Once the season is over and Mullen evaluates things, this is pretty much where we stand:
- Franks - out (can't run the offense)
- Trask - out (injury prone, can't run the offense)
- EJ - in (inexperienced, needs to add size, learn the playbook)
- Jalon - in (inexperienced, needs to learn the playbook)
So, that gives us two freshman QBs (if EJ redshirts). We need a grad transfer.
Depth chart should look like:
1. Bryant/Hurts (or other grad transfer)
2A/2B.EJ/Jalon
3. Trask (if he's still on the roster)
4. Franks (if he's still on the roster)
