I have no idea why? That's on you, not me mother fucher.
No one is saying that *******, Swamp donkey was saying that beating a team ranked 20 at the time of playing them wasn't really considered beating a top 20 team and that's wrong. If we beat uga this year and their ranked 2 or 3 that's considered a top 2 or 3 win isn't it? If they go on to have 30 opt outs and lose their bowl game and finish the season ranked #5 does that mean UF didn't have a top 2 or 3 win at the time they played.
Look up coaches career records vs. ranked teams, every damn one of them I've ever seen use the ranking of the teams the day the game was played. I'm not arguing which way makes more sense or which is more accurate, surely in the scenario you used it's stupid to give bama credit a win over the #3 ranked team. But in the record books that counts as a win for Saban over the #3 ranked team. Just like all the UF/fsu and UF/Tenn top 5 matchups through out the 90's. Every time SOS beat either one of them while they were in the top 5 the day the game was played it goes on his career record as a win over a top 5 team.
I'm just saying that's the way it's always been and I thought that was common knowledge, I guess not.
