Drew Hughes, Kirk Callahan and George McDonald

First of all, are we retaining Drew Hughes. Thought he has done a tremendous job. Huge, huge upgrade from the previous position holder.

Secondly, I'd like to add Callahan as DB coach if that's not already official. And George McDonald as the WR coach to finish off the staff. What would you think of the additions of Callahan and McDonald?

I think a great Head Coach can mold his assistants into successes no matter their past.

Drew Hughes isn't going anywhere so we good there. I think Callahan would be a great addition because of his recruiting in central/south Florida and he can flat out coach DB's. Personally i would like to add Mike Groh as WR's coach. He is a hell of recruiter who has been successful recruiting Florida.

That's good then! I haven't had time to do my research on him yet but if that's his background I'm all for it. To be truthful with you I don't care who we get as long as we get back to winning. I'm 32 and the past 4 year's are the worst I can remember in my lifetime. It was brutal! I'm just ready to see us start Smoking folks again and us having fun doing so.

If that's the case why discuss the possibilities? Why open a thread about any coaches? Why should we even discuss potential next season? Just let the coaches do their job. May as well just shut down the message board… but that's jmo
