Given some of his other decisions, I shouldn’t feel to confident of this, but even if he only invested $500k, he has fully funded his retirement and would have quite a nest egg when he hits his regular life retirement age.

For fun I looked up his career stats:

In two years of playing TE, he had zero catches, but he did make a solo tackle (unclear if this was on STs or O).

As a QB he attempted one pass; it was…..intercepted. (I laughed as I typed that.)
He had four rushing attempts for……six yards.

Having lived in the Atlanta area two different times totaling over 20 years, Ive witnessed the Falcons make many, many, bad financial decisions. I suppose there have been worse ROI’s on contracts they’ve agree to, but this one has to be right up there.
