Phineus, if these guys are within 300 miles of me I'll go see em' every time. They bring more energy to a show than anyone I've ever seen. And I've pretty much seen em' all.Swampy said:
I somewhat know the former bass player from that band. If memory serves, he went on to From Eve to Adam after that, but he's back here in Gainesville last I saw.AlexDaGator said:
Alex.
Really like these guys a lot. They kinda fell apart after the death of the lead guitarist and have gone on their separate ways. They were based on Orlando but lead singer Mike Baker has Gainesville roots and when they were at their best (musically) they had Gainesville's Brandt Frenchman on the drums and Dave Rivenbark (the one you know) on the bass. This recording was before Dave R. was the bassist. Brandt is an amazing drummer, a serious badass. He worked with Sister Hazel back in the day but his tastes are (obviously) heavier. I don't know what he's doing now but if he's playing, go watch him.AlexDaGator said:

The drum intro to "Hot for Teacher" is one of my all-time favorites.NavetG8r said:I liked rock before it became drop A deadstringing as fast as you can.

I saw the Crue in Tampa a couple of years ago... I think they have gotten better with age.TheDouglas78 said:Saw Motley Crue and Alice Cooper last night, they both still put on a pretty good Concert.
It was at the MidFlorida Credit Union ampitheatre on Sunday as well. Saw Soundgarden and NIN the Monday before as well.TheDouglas78 said:Saw Motley Crue and Alice Cooper last night, they both still put on a pretty good Concert.
I love Wings. Reminds of when I was a young buck, just really starting to listen to music. "Jet" and "Let 'em In" are my two favorites from them.deuce said:1000 times better than the studio cut. Paul could really hammer the Bass!

"Dirty Deeds..." and "T.N.T." are the two AC/DC songs that have those kickass riffs that I was referring to. They definitely had meaner riffs with Bon Scott.deuce said:Highway to Hell like you've never heard it before!
