NFL coaching is one of the most over rated jobs in sports. They work a lot but have virtually zero impact on the game. If you don't have a QB, your team is always going to suck.

The only exception that I can think of to this were the Buccaneers under Dungy.

last year could be in there too, 5 head had no arm talent left, imho
