Might as well have said euros. That's what most of the people who were there use.
Popular win for Lando Norris, Zak Brown, and McLaren. Nice to see someone besides Max Verstappen get one.

I don’t know anything about F1, but wanted to go for ****z and giggles. If you bought passes directly from formula one, the cheapest seats were over $3,000, but it was a 3 day pass.

In Stubhub, Cheap Tickets for Sunday were “only” about $350 before all those fees. Might be cheaper to just start an F1 team than it is to attend a race.

One would be better served attending the races at the Citrus County fairgrounds near Inverness.

Hell yes......Good ol boys having a few cold ones in the infield.
Probably busting their asses today driving a truck or some heavy equipment somewhere.
What they're NOT doing is protesting or cashing a Fn welfare check.
America!!!

Well I'm pretty sure none of the protesting or welfare check crowd is going to be at the F1 race either so not sure the relevance.

Why did you post the picture then?

Oh, I get it....You saw an opportunity to impugn another form of auto racing, while also showing disgust for people who probably aren't on the same income level as you, right?

:lol2:

You do you.

its free if you're a corner marshal, and you get better seats, and free police escorted bus rides to the track. I turned it down, not that much of an F1 fan. Maybe after they let Andretti in I'll do an F1 event.

Speaking of Nascar, that was a helluva finish yesterday in Kansas. McLaren might be in for a big month. Kyle Larson will be racing a McLaren at Indy.

The Amish Nascar race in Louisville was also a good close photo finish.

It was. Larson races to win, I like that alot.

I really got interested in F1 while watching that Netflix series. I never knew the back office workings and all that goes into those cars etc. .
The drivers, wow, the work they put in, the discipline and, speeds they run, is very, very interesting.
The only thing not very good about F1 is, racing.
F1 drivers drive fast, very fast, fastest drivers in the world. They're not racers though.
The very design of the cars prohibits real racing. Plus, track position is paramount.

Hell, Nascar is having a hard time with the aero packages they're currently running as well. It's hard to pass when you get close enough to the guy in front of you, hit entry, and lose the front end. Hard to pass there as well.

But F1 is on a different level. A second place car 5 to 30 seconds behind isn't a race.
Thats typically what F1 produces.

Still it's very exciting to watch the starts and to be familiar with all the team owners, principles, chief's, drivers etc.
Just different.
