Florida State linebacker Matthew Thomas has been declared ineligible for the second straight year.
I've confirmed that former 5-star linebacker Matthew Thomas will be ineligible for the 2015 per a source in the Florida State athletic department. The Seminoles would have been without Thomas for most of the year already with a shoulder injury, but that they have lost him for the entirety of the 2015 season is a fairly big blow for a linebacking unit that was thin to begin with.

1st it was Oregon by 39 .Then FSU got a ND QB Jimbo's wife did the "chomp" with Taylor Jacobs. A QB got Arrested and kicked off the team. Dalvin got arrested. 5* Shaver Manuel drops them because of the environment there. 5* Issac Nauta decommited and no longer wants anything to do with The FSU Program. Then 5* LB Matthew Thomas got ruled academically ineligible for the year. Pretty ****ty off season for ol Jumbo
