Truthfully, if Fleck holds out and has another 10+ win season he'll be the hottest coach available next off-season.

With a really good OC and Shannon as DC we'd have a shot. We all know Nuss sucks, but maybe he actually learned something from the bowl game. I sense things are beginning to change in a lot of areas with this team from an admin standpoint. I suspect our new AD is kicking some azz behind the scenes.
