That's about the way we do it here. One thing I have started doing is injecting the breasts (cajun butter or strained Italian dressing) before cooking. I do my best to keep the breasts from being dry and this helps.

Everyone loves oily (but not TOO oily) breasts.

You also have to massage the breasts after the injection. Just seems like the thing to do.

Last night CD texted me some pics of some wild turkey that were hanging around her FIL's log cabin in the western part of North Carolina. Then, as I was showing them to my wife while on our front, wrap around porch I heard a noise and looked up to see a wild turkey flying up into a high tree to roost for the night. Really awesome...

And FWIW, the cabin with snow on the ground around it was really beautiful to see...
