Not sure why he throws from on his toes. Must have been taking ballerina classes instead of playing football in high school.

His form is awful but honestly so is Franks, who sidearms it and throws elbow forward. I can't imagine how Franks can throw it 70 yards like that.

One of his throws is the seem pass to a TE. That is nice to see and it all starts with being able to see over the LOS.
